The Compass Group Deutschland GmbH is the largest multi-service provider in Germany.

The Compass Group allows companies to concentrate fully on their core business – by offering to do all the rest, from catering for companies and hospitals through food service for schools to cleaning services – the Compass Group offers a complete range of services for the well-being of its customers.

In a highly competitive market with low margins, the Compass Group was looking for a partner to provide support for streamlining both their individual processes and the organizational units as well as to automate and increase the efficiency of the company processes by identifying the potential for digitization.
