Customer Event 2018: Digital helps – analog decides

In a world where everyone is talking about digitalization, this year’s guest speaker takes up the cause of customer orientation and customer contact as the ultimate elements for success in times of great upheaval.

Which key competencies or key services are needed to continue to gain people’s trust in the future and to operate successfully on the market?

On 7 June 2018, our guest Beat Krippendorf will talk about the principle of humanity – or how good relationships have a lasting effect on business success, and the role played by the inner attitude and emphatic intelligence of employees and managers. In his presentation, he will integrate the latest findings of brain research into customer behavior – in other words, “digital helps – analog decides”.
