Invitation – Panoff Automotive Retail Online Event

This month marks our first year of publishing monthly impulses and sharing our insights with our relations and contacts. Now it is time to take it to the next step and experience it live together with you!  We are kindly inviting you, Mr. Kleimann, to our first online event that will take place on November 3rd, from 5-6 PM (CET). Our team has been studying the degree of digitalization within automotive retail to create a status-quo analysis and indicate an outlook with recommendations for OEMs and dealers. We have investigated 5 OEMs and 25 dealers via mystery visitation over the past few months. All online- and offline customer touchpoints within the customer journey from lead management to ordering a new vehicle have been identified and analyzed.
