Customer event 2018: Digital helps – analog decides

In a world where everyone is talking about digitalization, this year’s guest speaker takes up the cudgels for customer focus and customer proximity as the ultimate elements of success in times of great upheaval.
What key competencies or key energies are needed to gain people’s trust in the future and to operate successfully on the market?
On June 7, 2018, our guest Beat Krippendorf will talk about the principle of humanity – or how good relationships have a lasting impact on business success, and what role the inner attitude and emphatic intelligence of employees and managers play in this. In his presentation, he integrates the latest findings from brain research into customer behavior – in other words, “digital helps – analog decides”.
Ralph Panoff will then explain the significance of Mr. Krippendorff’s comments for the digitalization of companies and use the example of the healthcare sector to illustrate how digitalization can be used to generate real customer benefits, move company behaviour towards customer orientation and increase cost efficiency at the same time.

Speakers:

  • Beat Krippendorf (Lecturer for Corporate Management, Key-note Speaker)
  • Ralph Panoff, CEO Panoff Consulting GmbH
Thursday, June 7, 2018 at the Seminarhotel Bocken in Horgen on Lake Zurich
