Alexander executed Private Equity, M&A and financing transactions with a volume of more than $30 billion and was Chief Investment Officer of an investment firm with a portfolio value of more than $3 billion. Previously, he was with the Investment Banking Divisions of Goldman Sachs in London and Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) in Zurich and London. Alexander received his doctorate from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland), holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Pittsburgh (United States) and a Diplom-Kaufmann from the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel (Germany).
