If this interview is positive from both sides, we will then invite you to a personal interview including a case study. Even though we are constantly growing, we are still a small and informal team. This means that every team member not only gets involved in project topics, but also takes responsibility for internal topics and their further development. This means that a typical working day can involve finding the right balance between project meetings with customers, internal coordination meetings and working on topics that develop us as a company. This requires a high degree of personal responsibility, which we generally demand but also actively encourage.

Our projects range from benchmark analyses, strategy development and conception to implementation support. We see ourselves as experts in the automotive industry and the first point of contact for our customers in all matters relating to the optimization and digitalization of processes in automotive retail and, in particular, the associated systems used there. We often act as an intersection between the customer’s specialist departments and internal or external development units.

We mainly work from home. Nevertheless, there are regular meetings in various European cities to promote togetherness and personal collaboration within the team.
Projects with customers are mainly carried out remotely, although occasional meetings with customers can take place on site.
