Please use the application form to submit your application. Once we have gained a comprehensive picture of you and your personality, we would like to get to know you better in an initial interview. If you have any questions before applying please contact Konstantin Zirkelbach.

So that we can get a comprehensive picture of you, please send us a cover letter, your CV and all relevant certificates and references. But don’t worry, we are much more interested in you and your personality than the hard facts.

We will need a few days to check everything thoroughly. You can be sure that we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you have any questions or require further information in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.

Once we have received your application documents and have gained a comprehensive picture of you and your personality, we would like to get to know you better during an initial online meeting. If this interview is positive from both sides, we will then invite you to a personal interview including a case study. Once we have convinced you and you have convinced us, nothing stands in the way of your start at Panoff Consulting.

Even though we are constantly growing, we are still a small and informal team. This means that every team member not only gets involved in project topics, but also takes responsibility for internal topics and their further development. This means that a typical working day can involve finding the right balance between project meetings with customers, internal coordination meetings and working on topics that develop us as a company. This requires a high degree of personal responsibility, which we generally demand but also actively encourage.

Our projects range from benchmark analyses, strategy development and conception to implementation support. We see ourselves as experts in the automotive industry and the first point of contact for our customers in all matters relating to the optimization and digitalization of processes in automotive retail and, in particular, the associated systems used there. We often act as an intersection between the customer’s specialist departments and internal or external development units.

We mainly work from home. Nevertheless, there are regular meetings in various European cities to promote togetherness and personal collaboration within the team.
Projects with customers are mainly carried out remotely, although occasional meetings with customers can take place on site.
