These are the tasks you can expect to perform at our company
You will be expected to perform various tasks depending on the customer’s needs:
- Analysis of hospitals and long-term care institutions at the overall operational and departmental level (e.g., nursing, surgery, administration, logistics)
- Collection, evaluation, and interpretation of operational key figures
- Development of concrete recommendations for action to increase efficiency and quality
- Support for on-site implementation and ensuring sustainable change
- Measuring success and continuously optimizing the measures developed
- Conducting workshops and presenting results to decision-makers
- University degree in business administration, health economics, nursing science, public health, or similar.
- Ideally, professional experience in healthcare or management consulting.
- Very good analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- High affinity for numbers, processes, and structures
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Coordination and consultation between all stakeholders
- Very good German language skills
- Very good English language skills
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
