What’s behind the Product Owner role?

In agile projects, the Product Owner plays a key role: They represent the business perspective, prioritize the backlog, and ensure that the development team focuses on what matters most. At the same time, it’s a role that many organizations struggle to fill with the right expertise.

When is this service relevant?

A department is responsible for the Product Owner role in an agile project but lacks experience in this area and needs someone to take on the role or provide the necessary support.

Although there is an internal PO designation, the person does not have the time or expertise to fully fulfill the role.
