Panoff Consulting expands its financial expertise through strategic partnership with Frico

Panoff is expanding its financial expertise with the collaboration of experienced interim manager Rolf Frischknecht from Frico Management GmbH. The advantages are outlined in the following interview.

Can you give us an overview of Frico Management’s main services and the areas in which your clients most frequently request support?

FRICO Management specialises in providing interim CFO support in the financial sector for restructuring, challenging projects and management gaps or bottlenecks in the financial area.

 

When problems arise in the financial sector, there is often an immediate need for action. Companies are looking for immediate support. Our focus is on ensuring that the finance department functions as a central management tool in the company and provides the basis for decision-making for corporate management in challenging situations and projects.

Frico Management has a strong focus on supporting SMEs. What specific challenges do you face and how does Frico support these companies in their further development?

SMEs often face particular challenges, be it in relation to an unplanned absence of the CFO, a lack of financial expertise during restructuring phases, cash management and liquidity planning for growth projects as a basis for loan negotiations with banks, succession planning or digitalisation projects. They need to temporarily strengthen themselves with the necessary CFO expertise.

 

We act not only as consultants, but also as initiators, implementers, coaches and enablers.

What consulting or management approaches distinguish Frico from other providers in the Swiss market?

Panoff Consulting offers valuable support and experience to our customers who are faced with the challenge of optimising their internal processes. We can particularly benefit from their expertise in the IT sector, digitalisation projects and the introduction of new technologies. Examples include the introduction of a centralised digital portal solution for over 5,000 companies for the automated processing of digital invoicing and communication solutions for one of our clients. This was realised thanks to the close collaboration between the two companies.
