Customer event 2022

This year, we were particularly pleased to finally be able to meet with you in person again! And so we invited customers and colleagues to this year’s customer event at the Aston Martin Center in St. Gallen.

We made every effort to put together an attractive program that provided us with stimulating content, but also gave us the opportunity to establish and maintain valued contacts.
In this time of upheaval and transformation, we wanted to address the questions of how proven business models can be challenged and strategically realigned, and what role digital resources play in this.

On May 19, 2022, our guest Daniel Röthlin reported on his experiences as CEO of ex-libris as part of a panel discussion,
  • how he transformed the business model,
  • how digitalization has helped him in the process, and
  • how he has repeatedly succeeded in winning over people and teams for the new strategic direction
Afterwards, Dani Arnold, an extreme mountaineer who has been associated with us for many years, was once again able to tell us in his proven and inspiring way how his profession has changed and how he is preparing for the future. Finally, Ralph Panoff (CEO) drew a conclusion and summarized the findings from the presentations.
