Papyrus Schweiz AG, based in Thalwil, has held a leading position in the Swiss paper and packaging market as a wholesaler for many years. In addition to a select product portfolio, customers are also offered a comprehensive service portfolio, particularly in the area of logistics.
In December 2016, the Papyrus Group acquired Inapa Schweiz AG, thereby taking over Inapa’s entire paper trading business in Switzerland.
Goal
The aim of the post-merger project was to fully integrate Inapa’s business into Papyrus Switzerland within six months. All possible synergy potentials were to be identified and utilised. The aim was to further improve the market position of Papyrus Switzerland.
